Thinking about adding one to my arsenal. What is your take on the rat? Are they as good as they say? Whats your favorite size and color? Thanks in advance for your replies!

The mid size in morning dawn color. Slow steady retrieving works best. I have had issues with the front treble getting lodged in the joint preventing the swimming action. I replaced it with a double frog hook which eliminates the hook pointing up,toward the joint. Also the frog hook is much stronger. The additional weight does not hamper the action at all.
