Lowes sells a set of 8" bolt cutters for like $12. If someone gets hooked you will want it. Spray with corrosion x then put in a vaccuum sealed bag. Only open when its a bad day. Respray and reseal.

I keep a basic socket set, 8-19mm wrenches, three sizes of crescent wrenches, test light, 3 different sets of pliers, screw drivers, zip ties, tape, silicone sealer, fuses, hose clamps, jumper cables.

May have already been said, but a small hammer & punch to knock out broken or bent TM shear oin, also small piece of 2x4 to support the shafts when removing pin. I too a set of heavy duty jumpers & shorten to accommodate boat batteries without having all the extra length in the way.
