I just received this email and started following the links to where it ask me for my Apple ID, then I stopped. I checked my bank account that is tied to my Apple account with no charges showing. Plus its odd that its a word document. Thoughts?

Call apple customer service and have your card removed from apple
I did this a year ago and rest easier now
All my apps are free apps, so I never needed the card on there

A) the grammatical mistakes are a dead give away its a scam
B) Apple sends you a receipt of payment, but you pay on your device. They wont send you an invoice. Thats why you have to link a credit card to your Apple account. They also make you use the fingerprint ID to confirm your purchase in the app.
C) they will not send an attachment as a receipt, and certainly not a Word document.
D) Did you play Fortnite or buy anything for Fortnite on your Apple device? If there was no charges on your card/bank account, you should be ok. Be careful about following links or opening attachments sent to your email from email accounts youre unfamiliar with.

Scam. They want you to call them and verify your information. In other words, give them your credit card number.

Scam. Apple will include your current billing address on any receipts. As noted above, they do not send invoices for app purchases and they don't send Word docs.
