What do you throw when it’s this windy outside but you want to fish slow. I want to throw plastics but this wind is rough.

Fished Sunday in the 20 to 25 mph winds and caught 36 by 1:00 pm on an Alabama rig - water temp was 64 degrees, stayed on the windy banks, every once in a while I'd catch one on a chatter bait, just slow down, Even had a double, they were really biting good.
