I thought it was 8 telescopes and some algorithm that produced an "image". Can't remember where I read that. They used an iPhone to take the photo, you stupid idiot. Also, Im headed to Rockport in the morning. Where you at, #saltlifebruh ? In 5 years I'll have a Simmons Rev25 and me and my boys will be stacking ice chest full of fillets and cashing checks from SPI to Galvie. White coastas for erryone. So yeah, basically I'm changing diapers annd potty training for the foreseeable future. Whew...For a second there I thought the reply would be something like this... Ok elcoyote...only if you play the black hole and I play the light.

Sorry if this has already been posted and if it was obviously I missed it, but man they got an actual picture of a black hole! And yes I mean like the one you find in space. 6.5 BILLION times denser than our sun! Crazy stuff! Seems like a simple picture, but it took hundreds of scientists and years to get that one pic. Yep .... Science. It was a theory for a very long time.

It has such a strong gravitational pull that it sucks in light like sand falling to the ground. Light basically has no mass! Thats flipping crazy! Where do the things it sucks in go?
