Did you know the bible says we should only eat fish with scales ? I've broke that rule a 1000 times. Love catfish. I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed. Conscience never acquits, it either accuses or excuses.

Faster is not always better. Have never found this to be true for catfish. Have eaten hundreds of them. Stripers, sand bass, and hybrids are different. Need to take out the lateral line and red meat off them for a better tasting filet.
