Hey guys, I am looking to get into crappie fishing a little more. I normally chase whites and stripes. I would like to build a crappie starter box. I would prefer to give my money to a smaller company or individual instead of a big box store. Any help on who to buy from or must haves for the box would be greatly appreciated.

www.ATXlures.com is small, local company with quality plastics. I have caught many crappie with these baits.
https://www.facebook.com/StumpThumperJigs/ or https://www.dansjigs.com/ have quality hand ties and I have caught many fish with them as well.

Cant go wrong with anything chartreuse in it!

Crazy Angler makes Slab Bandits 1000 series are 1&3/4"s long, they are all I use anymore.

Paul Mullins in Kentucky pours my weedless Jigheads.

That is all I need to catch crappie!

Don't forget Belinda at Thermocline Lures. She's the pretty one. Todd, not so much. Right here on Lake Fork.

Following with interest, I am also new to crappie fishing.

Slab Syndicates website is down.

I want to order the Crazy Angler 1000 Slab Bandits. What colors would you recommend? Specifically for Ray Roberts? What size proball jigheads?

Thanks!
