I wont use the term " club" but I would like to have a few get togethers over the year to talk crappie. and we can discuss needs and wants. NO Roberts rule of order. I am no expert but have fished Cedar creek for 20 years and am now on Calender lake in Murchison. I figure around Athens would be a good center for people coming from Tyler to Kaufman. Any ideas or questions you can pm me or try 972 740 1243 text and voicemail work well calls not so much. Wont end late as I am one that is having trouble seeing at night

I would attend something like this if my schedule allowed. I am a beginner to crappie fishing so it would be a great way to learn I would think.

Tiffany�s is great but I don�t have a boat ( yet ) to take anyone out Was halfway thinking if anyone had a notion to wet a line they could walk to public dock on Callender if it was closer Z canton area might work better for the Fork people although Williams creek crappie club puts on a good show with Danny at the helm.. weekdays... weekends .... early midday ... and suggestions appreciated . Not everyone will be happy but that�s life . Future get together we will be staggered trying to help others. I hope to undersell and over deliver . Topics can be rids , reels , line , knots . Nibbles and scents . If any vendors are willing to help with anything it will be appreciated . I love to fish docks so most tips will be in that area . If you want to fish docks practice getting under a picnic bench . As you progress get it under by 20�. Start on concrete ( semi cheating as it slide easily ) and work up to grass does not slide . I agree that this forum is for sharing tips and advice, but at the same time, I dont want to be like my grown kids that tell me that they have hundreds of friends from all over the world, but have never met any of them face to face. I would actually like to meet some fellow crappie anglers and maybe go fishing with them.
