Rain or shine I'll be on the water this weekend once the threat of severe weather has passed through East Texas.....my itch to throw a frog grows daily....anyone think I'm wasting my time?

Ask bigfishtx that.....Frogs will work in the dead of winter if you're in the right area. He made me a believer that day.

I will say this there Okie Poke, that day was probably the coldest water I've got some frog action on. February on Lewisville is not known for throwing a frog too much I don't think... roflmao

If the water's got some color and there's any kind of vegetation, I'm not scared to throw that frog when the temps hit 55 or so. Caught some on a frog on Rayburn 3 weeks ago.

Had plenty show themselves on the frog but not really eat it. I switch to the spook and they were smashing it. Yes its time.
