Headed over to Caddo Lake in two weeks and gonna stay for a couple of days and get some fishing in. I have never fished or heard much about that lake before. Any advice on sand bass out there or how they would behave in such a shallow timber filled lake? From looking at the maps it is a very shallow lake which I think would be more optimal for crappie, catfish or largemouth bass. That lake is shaped more like a river. Think they would head up in there to spawn? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
