Memphis won in overtime but with JFF on the bench. He looked okay in his time on the field.

Manziel did not play a lot of the game. The time that he did play he did not do all that bad. He ran for a couple of first downs and completed a couple of passes. He got his team in field goal range but the kicker missed it. Memphis won the game in overtime with Manziel on the bench. The crowd was good and was excited when Manziel was on the field.

I don't expect much what has he had like 5 practices with Memphis. I'd say he has a rough game today and probably a little better next week. That CFL deal was never going to work, this may atleast have a slim chance but it's another chance. His LAST chance. He should reinvent himself as a rapper. He'd make gazillions and get to live that thug life, fo real.

I hope he stays clean, and dedicated...that will be hard for him, based on his more recent past.
He's for sure not a loser -- he had arguably the best season as a college qb, ever. But, he is for sure, a very troubled soul.
