So I had to remove a 1991 150hp johnson gt to replace the steering cables because my 1992 nitro doesnt have enough room to remove the cables without the motor removed. My question is I have sealent to reseal it ,but Is that all you have to do or do I need to epoxy the holes to seal them or just the sealent for the transom bolts?

Being as its 27 years old I'd consider new hardware before remounting the motor. To answer your question though, use 4200 for sealant on both sides of the transom, no need to epoxy the holes.
