 Minn Kota issue

I have a minn Kota Maxxum that is about two years old. Due to bouncing around in rough water the head unit has become loose enough were its difficult to control the trolling motor. Has anyone encountered the same issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You mean control with the foot pedal? Or it bouncing around while your running?

Yes, once I lower the trolling motor the head (part where the directional arrow is) wont stay in one spot it turns as i maneuver the boat around brush.
