We got a box because we had issues getting our mail. since then they can't seem to get the right stuff in the right box. I've complained but they simply don't care. How freaking hard is it? worst employees I've ever seen. I wish ill on all of them!

When we had a P.O. box we got more mail for other people then ours. You are right complaining makes it worse it seemed.

Be on the lookout for El Coyote mail. Use gloves if it shows up.

Just got a check from the USPS for a lost package. Lost my claim but appealed and won.It's amazing how bad it is sometimes.

that's the biggest problem. They say they delivered it. yes, you did, but to the wrong box. Now I have to see if the one who got mine is honest.

I hate it when you order something online and it's to be delivered on say the 17th. Great, just in time for me to get in for my tournament I think. Then I find out is in in combination with USPS. Finally get the package on the 20th after a three day delay from USPS. I always question shipping methods because USPS has screwed me sooooo many times.

The entire postal service should be outsourced to FedEx or UPS. It would be a great improvement in my humble opinion.

My $17.00 an hour contract carrier does a great job. Actually there are two people in the car as they do not have a right drive vehicle.

Never had an issue with USPS but right now I'm sitting here waiting on a putter that UPS said was out for delivery since 9am this morning and I betcha I get a notice shortly saying it has been rescheduled. Man that passes me off and the tournament is tomorrow. May not seem like a big deal to some but it's huge to me. If it had been shipped USPS I'd have got it by 2pm. Krap.

We had serious issues. They were subcontracting out to some carriers that must have been high. Some days, no mail, some mail for other neighbors but not my own. It was really hit or miss. I complained several times to the local Postmaster. No help, just lip service. Then, I 'd had enough and contacted my State Representative with an email and got a phone call the next day from him. I told him about the poor mail service. He said he would look into it. A few days later, there was a USPS supervisor of some sort that went around to every mailbox and wrote the address numbers inside the mailbox lid and our mail straightened up. Remember, shixt rolls down hill.

The mail service in my area of Rockwall is terrible. We have had packages left on top of mail boxes out at the curb, mail for one street over, two house up, cert. mail notices stating "Sorry we missed you" and someone is home 24/7. Also neighbors receive notification that mail or packages have been delivered and they don't show up until the next day or two. I agree that the whole USPS system needs an overhaul or sold to someone that can make a profit doing it.

My post office is pretty good. They are nice and helpful. The two girls are pretty hot.

My FedEx guy is lazy. He drops packages addressed to my house off at my office so he doesn't have to go out of the way. Then he spends the 20 minutes he saved by doing that telling me inappropriate stories about my neighbors and giving me life advise.

We have a new contract mail delivery person for us in the county , the guy is qualifying for the Fastest Delivery Person in The World , he accelerates , spins out and slams to a panic stop each / eveytime , He has my vote . The next day we all exchange our mail .
