In the Cedar Hill area, I would fish Lester Lorch Park which is located off of Texas Plume Road near the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Encampment. It's got some pretty good bass in there.
When all else fails, make another cast.

Im in duncanville too, and i always get skunked at lakeside. They stock it with catfish every other friday. That is the best chance to catch anything. Unfortunately everyone else knows this too.
