Off limits begins at midnight on Sunday before the tournament until the tournament begins.”

Does that mean sat going into Sunday or Sunday going into Monday. So Sunday midnight would mean today (Sunday) is off limits. Since 12am Sunday has past already .
Maybe I’m over thinking it, just thought I’d ask ........ for a friend of course.

Pretend it’s 11:59pm on a Saturday night, add 60 seconds to your clock and it’s now midnight and Sunday morning.

In the TV world our day runs from 4am Sunday to 3:59am on Monday. So midnight Sunday to me means that you could fish the weekend before the tourny just not M-F before the Tourny.

According to the 24 hour clock it is 2359 add one minute it's 2400 Sat. night then the next minute is 0001 Sunday.
