Boat captains, team advisors, parents and/or participating student anglers may not solicit, receive, purchase, or barter for information about locating or catching fish on tournament waters, including GPS way points 14 days prior to any THSBA tournament. In addition, during the 14 days �no information span� no competitors will be permitted to practice or gain assistance from anyone for the purpose of locating or catching fish, except for the immediate family member (father, mother, sibling, or court-appointed guardian) of the student angler entered into the tournament, the team advisor, or the boat captain

Can you define �the practice or gain assistance from anyone for the purpose or locating or catching fish�? Does this mean an angler or boat captain can�t pre fish or fish another tournament with someone else (not one of the participating THSBA anglers or their boat captain) within two weeks of the THSBA tournament on the same lake? That�s the way I read it but it sure happens all the time and it�s about impossible to enforce. I understand the soliciting of information but my question is regarding the fishing with someone else. Thanks.
