 Bought 92 nitro w/175 fastrike. Now no titles. Help+

Purchased a 92 nitro w/ 175 fastrike, was told titles were available, but weren't transferred from owner of record. Now, no titles have been produced and all I have is a bill of sale from person i bought it from. Any thing i can do?

Take it back and get your money back if it was not in his name it was not his to Sell. Your local law enforcement might have to get involved . Never buy anything without the titles being in the sellers name that means they did not pay taxes & registration fees on it when they bought it. Good luck

Texas is strict, if you cant get the titles then youre screwed.

Take the boat back to the seller and get your money back. What he/she did is completely illegal. If they give you any trouble, unfortunately you will need to contact the sheriff.
