anyone know when the pump by the dam in cleburne is turned on? also anyone ever catch any catfish there?

i have caught several catfish along the damn. Usually its blues and yellas but i do get the occasional channel cat. As for the pump i really dont know...it is kind of a hit and miss thing for me. Just be carefull, the game warden lives on that hill by the dam and if he sees you by the pump he will give you a really nice sized ticket.

i didnt know he lived so close thanks for the info i was wanting to try outside of the markers but cast in towards the pump but i havent seen it on in a while

yeah i know what you mean. i dont know if they turn it on when the water is low or if it is for some other reason. I think as long as you cast towards the bubbles you should be alright...but that is just because i have never seen anyone get in trouble for that. If you go i would definitely suggest you bring some sand bass tackle, i have limited out several times by those bubbles.

We just got back and the pump was not on but the bite was.
Cleaned 14 cats. All in the rocks on D.K.

i was out there last night tried the small creek in the back only two small ones i need some help on where to catfish on this lake i even chummed the area stinky milo used dk live shad cut shad, shad wormed on, and worms strait line and bobber

heard b&b bait shop has the gallon for $25 in alvarado . i havent got any there yet because i buy it from his brother. great deal though
