Accuweather.com. Gives you hour by hour forecast of wind and weather. Not perfect, but overall, best accuracy I've seen in a weather forecast website.

Weather Bug mostly for their lightning strike proximity locator spark. Their radar and temp forecasts are good
Windfinder for wind forecasts (go ahead and add 5-10mph to the forecast if in north central Texas)
For the big picture, I have the NWS South Central Plains radar loop bookmarked on my phone
