Have one spot open on a 3 man fishing dock slip on dock "B" at Joe Pool Lake. 24x7x365 access. 17-20 ft deep water, friendly neighbors. Guy in the next slip caught a 7 3/4 lb bass on a minnow today, Limited boat privileges. $950 per year plus one time $25 Card fee. No tire kickers please, PM me, thanks
