As a kid it was Frosted Flakes, Rice Krispies or Corn Chex for me. Always with sliced banana if we had them.

As a child; Grape Nuts, Granola, Muesli.

I eat cereal at work Mon-Thur. On Fridays I either have donuts or pancakes

Cheerios, Wheaties, Total, Raisin Bran are all in the rotation. I have cereal every morning unless I'm out of milk.

I had Post Toasties and had to eat with a fork so I could have left over milk for next morning, We only had one cow to milk and very poor so we were very conservative.

Capt. Crunch with Crunch Berries. I go nuts when I get extra Crunch Berries. Score when I can find a box of the Just Crunch Berries. Doctors can control Diabetes!!!!

I would give my dog the little yellow squares which he liked until one day he had a Crunch Berry by mistake. For a solid week afterwards, he would take a leak in my shoes because he knew I had been holding out on him for years.

Love Captain Crunch! The one brand I've been eating lately is Grain Berry.
