Just got off the phone with Best Western in Emory. They have a couple rooms left for the 29th. Best Western is located right next to the the weigh in site and has excellent boat parking with electricity. Make sure to reserve boat your parking spot when making reservation. (903) 473-2022

We are not going to be able to attend the crappie fest this year... I just cancelled our reservation's at Lake fork ranch resort....they have plenty of spaces available, we stayed there last year and really liked the place...here is the phone number 903 473 8784.
The driving force and secret desire of every bass fisherman, is to one day be a crappie fisherman............Could it be that the good Lord just smilies and looks the other way when a fisherman tells a lie?

Man That sucks. I just went to their website and looks like it would also be a good place for people to stay that are planning on fishing from the bank.

Thats good info! 515 Scenic Cabins and the Burning Stump been full for awhile. I like places where you can park your boat and step out the door and load it.

Hate to hear you aren't going to make it. I've had an RV at lake Fork Ranch Resort going on nine years now, quiet and lots of room, good ramp and cleaning facilities and close to some good fishing up the west arm.

I'm told hoodlums show up on the porch randomly there though! Might gotta watch out out during thunderstorms!!!

That is correct, but yall, I mean those hoodlums, were in a tournament, thank goodness, and didn't drink all my beer.
