Two teams tie for 1st place on a chilly Lake Fork and agree to split the cash rather than go back out for a one hour fish-off. Im shocked Clark/Barnett opted to split rather than have a 1 hour fish off. Seems like a no brainer to bet on themselves as good/competitive as those 2 are. Id love for one of them to weigh in on this as to their thinking.

Id love for one of them to weigh in on this as to their thinking. It had just started to heavy drizzle and light rain and was getting colder on an already very tough day fishing-wise. The weather wasn't actually bad at all but the fishing definitely was. We only caught 3 bass and 2 grinnel all day. Missed 2 others and lost 1. I talked to at least 15 other teams and all of them except my brother in law (who was fishing next to us all day) had far fewer bites than that. The fact only 14 limits were caught by 264 teams tells you enough. Heck, our whopping 3.21 on 2 fish got us 67th. So, no way I would want to go back out and fish for another hour when I had a guaranteed $12,500 at that point.
