Started slow around 3 yesterday. Had to work to find them but when I did it was good. 8 fish on white jigs and 17 on minnows. 15' deep in 40' of water. Tried up on the bank just for fun and caught 0. Cleaned fish and home by 6:30.

You did a lot better than we did on Belton yesterday afternoon. Marked plenty of fish but most were not interested in minnows. We landed only a couple of undersize fish around the Cedar Creek area. I prefer the excuse that the crappie just weren't biting, but now I have to admit that skill (or the lack thereof) may have been a factor.....
