Creekhead Outdoorsman Joined: Dec 2014 Posts: 192	I try to keep rod socks and lure wraps on the rods in the locker. I limit my deck to no more than 6 rods at a time (3 on each side) and that seems to work. Also instead of carrying so many rods in the locker, I just bring extra reels with different line sizes that I can change out if something calls for it. Any set ups that are harder to tie, I make sure I have in the locker (drop shot for example or anything that requires FG knots for leaders). A quality 7 ft MH rod can cover of a lot techniques, so that is where I simplified by keeping the extra reels in my glove compartment. Hope that helps

More than 5 and I switch too much, usually only really use 2-3 on a trip. I leave the extra's at home and rotate out a couple each trip. Slide right, coming in .... Fish On!
