I've been dealing with Don for over 20 yrs. Mostly on trolling motors. Bought a new Hummingbird front finder and had him install it. He doesn't do it, member of his family does it. Beware.

Did you expect him to install it? Don's health has not been all the best, back issues and such. I dont expect him to be crawling and bending over doing the installs or lifting the trolling motors. Thats what the younger folks are for that work for him

Does the installation meet your expectations? If not did you talk to him? as he will make it right.

Had a fireman that used to work for them install a depth finder, because they didn't do installs. He was real good.

Did you know your fishfinder wasn't made in the USA? Geez, your name fits the post for sure.

Nephew did it. Doesn't work

Don is good people. I can't keep going back and forth to FW. 90 Miles round trip. Had it back once, still doesn't work.

I expected, for $90.00 per hr., that it would be done right. Then done right second time.

What do you expect to gain with this post?

So it didn't work the first time and on the second try you didn't verify it works before leaving?

I have known Don for a long time, if I ever had a problem he took care of it, no sense in blasting someone on the internet, being 90 miles away does make it painful.
