For no particular reason other than trying to live heathier I have stopped any alcohol or at least it has been nearly 6 weeks. For the last few years I have had very little anyway just not a big drinker. Not sure if this is permanent or not but not really concerned either way. Right now my attitude is I just dont feel like I need or really want it and just not that important.
