Decided to go bacon wrapped shrimp and bacon shrimp jalapeno poppers. Of course the weekly Country Boys jalapeno Sausage from Sam's too. If you haven't tried it do yourself a favor.

Driving the truck from Shreveport to New Orleans one time. Had some Cajun on the CB talking about bacon wrapped shrimp, smoked ribs, biscuit, etc all the way down. Dang, I was hungry by the tirme I made my delivery in New Orleans.
