Can u walk in to pecan Creek if you park at the park on Lakeview 5 blocks from the Creek. Or park on Lakeview next to the Creek where few houses are built yet? Under stood that they were ticketing cars parked on the other street. Jkb

The street I thought they were ticketing on was Bishop Pine.

As far as I know they are ticketing you for walking across that land getting to the creek.

If you walk across a building lot you are trespassing. Only way around that is to find an drainage or utility easement

Went out there Saturday afternoon and someone called the cops on me. I talked to the police when they pulled up and the two guys I talked to didnt care but I also know someone who lives in the neighborhood.
