Been fishing lake Whitney lately and mostly fishing the a rig, however, I have not been having much luck at all. Just curious what some of y�alls a rig set ups are and how your fishing them on lakes like Whitney. I�m just not sure where I�m going wrong, help would be greatly appreciated

Most people are throwing swimming fluke jr's or something similar. I've never had much luck throwing any baits over 4 inches on there.

Ott Defoe Hunt for Monster fish aired yesterday fishing there with the A rig. Caught some giants

Fish are just starting to move up. Unless you are throwing the rig and getting down to 20-25 feet you are probably fishing over the top. Haven�t been south but the north end is still pretty stained to get fish to chase the A rig.
