This isn't on the water but me and my wife play a "game" of whoever catches the 1st fish, the other one has to pay for dinner. Afterwards, we hit up this local Mexican place on the way back home. It has become a pretty consistent thing and I think it's fun.

I'm going to consider myself fortunate that I've never once wondered about what I was going to eat while fishing. Or how fast I can eat something. Almost seems comical that someone cannot take a ten minute break to eat something.

If fishing on Ray Bob I always buy an extra burrito or two from the sportsman in the morning. Fishing daylight till dark will usually take sammich stuff, otherwise on just an 8 hour trip or so a cliff bar gets it done.

I get sliced deli turkey and sliced swiss. Eat some caveman style when I get hungry.

Granola bars, peanut butter crackers and a fruit cup. Sometimes cold chicken or leftover pizza. Usually eat going from one place to another

Healthy and fast: one of the StarKist tuna Creations in the 2.5/3 oz size. Comes in the vacuum sealed envelope/bag in multiple flavor options. Take your own plastic fork. Or, buy the premixed tuna in the little box...comes with crackers and a cookie. And I keep almonds or walnuts for munching thru the day to keep some protein and calories in my system.
I always eat a good breakfast...oatmeal, bowl of cold cherrios or a couple of boiled eggs. Breakfast helps me keep from getting hungry, esp if I munch nuts.

I like a sammich. Not particular in the flavor. But I do like Durkee Famous Sauce spread on both slices of bread.
