 Spark plug torque on 91 Merc XR4?

I was changing the water pump in the 91 Mercury XR4 Black Max. Figured I would check the plugs and fog the cylinders since it hasn't been out in a while. I know i have torqued the plugs to spec in the past but don't remember what the spec was. I looked in my Clymer Manual and couldn't find it. I know it's in there... somewhere. Anyone know what the spark plug torque specs are? I'm going to use a paint pen and write it inside the cowl this time.
