Which conditions do you prefer to fish in. Overcast or clear skies? hmmm

Give me an overcast sky anytime! Fish seem to bite better and the sun is not much of a factor! An overcast sky is also a more comfortable condition to fish in. Just my two cents. 2cents

I like partly cloudy. Overcast and they seem to scatter a lot. Clear sky and they seem to shut down but stay near cover. Partly cloudy seems to be a nice in-between spot where they stick to cover but still bite.

Sure enjoyed the nice sun shiny day yesterday Wednesday. Today with overcast, not so much. Course the fish didn't care as it seemed they were off there feed both days. Now when it gets warmer, that is another situation all together. taz
