Im managing the guest care team. Basically their contact center. So managing the managers there and also doing strategic planning for guest care, interaction models, innovation Etc across the board for guest experience in the venues as well as when they contact us via other channels i.e. phone, email, chat etc. A little bit of capacity planning as well since they don't really have that for corporate when it comes to guest contact.

At least that's what I will be doing. Right now I'm drinking from the firehose.
