For the HDS 5 - You will need a HD structure scan box with a Lss-2 transducer or if you can fine one a original structure scan box and the LSS-1 transducer. You will need a Lowrance ethernet cord too.

No the PDT-WBL is for 2d sonar only. It is the other stuff Jason mentioned for down scan.
