Dear all,

A friend will come to visit me and would like to do a half day fishing for crappie, Please recommend a fishing guide at Lewisville Lake. Thanks.

If your friend is coming in town soon drive the extra few miles to Ray Roberts and fish with Cody Tucker. Lewisville is tough right now.

I haven't caught a crappie in months on Lewisville. The guy that responded wasn't being sarcastic. It's tough out there.

Thanks Wild. Yes, the lake is tough right now. Its been that way for the last couple of months. Ray Roberts is also. Id wait just a little for the water temp to rise. Ive just now started catching spawning fish. They re few and far between at the moment. we need some warm weather and their mood will change..

DNA, most your guides, even myself are starting to book March and April already. I'd go ahead and call whomever you plan to use even if you plan to wait a little for the best dates.. Jacky and Cody are great guides as well.
