I dont even see similar in those two baits shown, one has tapered body one has strait body. One has claws one has flippers. One has legs, other does not. No way made in same mold. Color wise everyone makes same colors. What bait companies all offer plum, junebug, watermelon red. Black neon etc.

Anyone notice that the Googan baits and Strike King baits are nearly identical? I havent tried them yet...Not even sure where i can purchase them in person..I will say this..I saw Denny Braur fishing with Justin Rackley down in Mexico with the Gogan squad all around..Lol. Im sure its an effort to get a younger demographic into fishing and driving market share..

Just more unnecessary googan hate. Literally every bait company out there is ripping off something in it's own way. Yep. I'm not a Googan follower, but they have a huge audience appealing to a younger crowd and they are good for the sport. Can anyone post a soft plastics manufacturer who doesn't produce one bait that mimics a bait created by another company?

Hating on the kids? If for some strange reason this company appeals to the youth then kudos!  As far as similar? Sure, but hardly the same. Many others more similar then these two examples. Go look at the isle labeled WORMS at Bass Pro if you want to see similar! I personally bend my bill on my cap because thats what I learned 40 years ago in high school but theres way worse things someone who flat bills can do with their time than fishing, hunting...in the great outdoors! As the father of three college educated boys who now have jobs with 401 Ks AND a love for the outdoors I have learned to pick my battles better(honestly, through trial & error at times)!
