Navionics card and Lowrance update

Good Morning,
Issue #1 I tried to update my Navionics card. During the update, I received a "fatal error". Now when I try to update the card, Navionics says that the card is full. The contents cannot be deleted, and the update won't install. I have been trying to get ahold of Navionics for 2 days now with no luck. Anyone have any success with a similar problem?
Issue #2 HDS Gen 2 touches. I installed the latest update....the one that was suppose to fix the clock/time. But the clock/time still don't work. Any ideas?

Bryan, On the Navionics card I would try the customer service phone number 1-800-848-5896. They should be able to get you fixed up. I'm not 100% sure what caused this to happen but they may have to replace the card. Please let me know what you find out and I will try and help you get this resolved.

Thankyou, Bryan Did you use youre Navionics card to download the update for youre Lowrance? If so good chance that you corrupt your card If you can't get a hold over the phone you can also email at: help@navionics.com

I did the clock software update also. It did not fix anything. Still no clock.

It did not fix anything. Still no clock. Might want to go into your settings and verify that current update is in fact installed. If so, delete your clock/time overlay and then reinstall it. If that fails, delete the update from your SD card and then reload it from the Lowrance site and reinstall in unit. Remember the time is a GPS function and you need clean line of sight. I had no issues with the updating my HDS 12 Gen 2's.
