It was a beautiful day on the lake. The bite was steady and I caught enough (16) for a few good meals. Probably threw back about 30 small ones and post-spawn skinnies. The shad are easy to find with a cast net around the points. Most of the cats had shad in their stomachs.

Good looking fish. I was thinking about fishing this morning, but was stuck at work. That wind blew hard all night, and then calmed to nothing around daylight. I bet they were stacked in there.

Those 16 are the size that do not need to be measured. Wish I could of been there.

I have been staying home for a while. We are having a lot of remodeling done on the house and I need to supervise. Getting ready to go to Bermuda and Ft Lauderdale for a couple of weeks at the end of May, so I have to shop for my new thongs.

Thanks for the kudos, guys. You are the greatest!

Great Idea---On the next Cally get-together, we can get Catmen thongs instead of T-shirts. I'll get CatFishAddict to model a pair and post it on the site.

Thongs? You'd need more than one?

I don't think they make a thong big enough to hold this package, That would be like trying to keep an anaconda in a shoe box!!

grin

DSARGE wasn't planning on getting anything bigger than extra small. Therefore, you should be ok for a loose fit. That's just what I've been told. rolfmao
