Oh goodness, a grown adult with a great deal of pride and experience in his craft cursed while he was struggling in high level competition knowing full well how many people were watching him fail.
Some of you people need to yank the pacifier out of your mouth and grow the ____ up. This ^^^^^^

Just because some of us are Christians who believe in a higher standard of how we speak certainly doesnt make us snowflakes. Personally, definitely not part of the everyone gets a trophy crowd. The point is, there are standards that should be held to those who are in high profile positions. You will never lose viewership by not cussing, but you most certainly will lose viewers by doing it. +1 The world has the term manly all twisted up.

Just because some of us are Christians who believe in a higher standard of how we speak certainly doesn’t make us snowflakes. Personally, definitely not part of the everyone gets a trophy crowd. The point is, there are standards that should be held to those who are in high profile positions. You will never lose viewership by not cussing, but you most certainly will lose viewers by doing it. +1 Some people think that language doesn't matter until it's directed at them.

Ya know the cursing thing at that particular time I don't really have an issue with. It happens. I try not to do it, but sometimes I let one fly. MLF is gonna have to go to the 7 second delay if they're going live. My issue with Ike is the same one I have with Terrell Owens, Antonio Brown, my own teams (5 time world champs Dallas Cowboys) now since released receiver Dez Bryant, and any of these other look at me idiots. There's a difference between a spoiled brat and a disappointed outcome. If I wanted to watch that kind of [censored] I'd watch wrestling. Ike irritates me. But some people like him. Some people like vanilla...some like chocolate.

One more thing. As I spoke about in my original post, the sportsmanship aspect has been overlooked in these comments. Ike did not show or wasn't allowed to show up for the post game. Poor sport? I think so. And if MLF cuts him out of the replay on the water as well then it's obvious they don't approve of his act either.

Those of you that carry binoculars with you at Lewisville while prefishing so it's easier to potlick shouldn't be talking about poor sportsmanship from Ike.

I dont think the Lord would approve of potlicking, bent pole, binos in the boat etc. I mean let's not cherry pick sins. Lol

Guaranteed!!!! there is a huge difference between going out fishing and noticing things and going out on the water with the intent of watching people

Theres something to be said about a guy able to be himself and not present a fake persona for the camera... and still keep some of the best sponsors in the biz. I'd always much rather people be real, even if they throw a tantrum and curse like a sailor. I have more respect for that kind of person over the fake people that put on a face to be like able but in reality are HORRIBLE human beings when they think nobody's watching.
