I was really impressed with the pros in pressure packed situations as well as how they handled the outcomes of each round. I have long been a supporter of Ike and defended his antics as adding something different to the sport. But the way he showed his arse yesterday was not just unprofessional it was downright disgraceful. This showed a side of him I had not seen before. Beginning with the high school kids and ending with the end of the day,the display yesterday was no antic. It was the complete lack of sportsmanship that bothered me. You saw what real pros act like with Todd Faircloth and Bobby Lane in particular as well as several other guys. So I hope that I don't see Ike again on MLF. Just one mans opinion.

I agree, never like his antics to start with, screaming yelling, just to get some attention, some of his fishing buddies need to take him out back and give his yankee arse some manners, why his sponsors put up with that is beyond me, I for one don't buy anything associated with him

He let emoticons get out of control. I am sure they will be more careful about filming around him. All three announcers sat there and said they expected a melt down if he missed the cut.

Ike is very emotional some people like it some don�t. I know several of these guys personally and they are regular people just like us. They drink, smoke, and do many things some might not like. I like to see and hear it. There�s not a guy I know that doesn�t lose his s#it from time to time while fishing. Most of them have to be two different people. The angel in public, then who they really are later. I personally would rather have someone that�s real all the time and no BS. After all, if you don�t get emotional in bass fishing, good or bad, maybe you should find something else to do.

I think the world would be a BETTER place if it were a Mr Roger�s neighborhood. I remember having to bite a bar of Ivory soap when I was 6 for saying Hoover Dam. I cringe when I�m with my grandkids out in public when someone drops the F bomb or any cuss words around them. They�re so lackadaisical that people don�t even realize how offensive it is to many people. And yes, I cuss but try to minimize it around other people (ex Navy)

Every TV show production needs an antagonist or villain
He enjoys playing this character and it will only be amped up with a camera rolling 24/7

Some people love to hate the Eagles or the Yankees, which fuels NFL and MLB viewership ($)

The average bass fisherman would get bored watching skillful pros politely figure out a pattern to catch a few more ounces
Most TV viewers want drama and emotional displays (see wrestling)

It was awesome. Raw, uncensored emotion. I was holding my breath right along with them
