I'm sure there are others but those guys will put you on them. You might have to wait until August for the winds to lay enough to get out there.

I will second the two recomended above.
When there are ozone warnings and you need oxygen masks to breath cuz its so hot is when the tarpon fishing turns on.

I can get you on them down in South Padre. We Run the beach to the Rio Grand and find them all the time.
