I prefer purchased already cooked.

Hot and fast. 5-6 hours at 325 and done. FYI Kroger has choice brisket on sale right now for 1.77 lb. no limit.

Boil 2-3 hrs, toaster oven for crispy crust 2hrs 325.

Three days at 130 deg. pepper only and the only wood that will work is debarked pecan.
