Lewisville Lake Advice?

I am a long time Lewisville Lake sand bass/hybrid fisherman and keep my boat on the lake. My grand nephew is moving to Dallas next month and he prefers to fish for black bass. Where should I be looking for black bass on Lewisville, from my boat, starting in April. Thanks.

The easiest place for me is the rip rap along the dam. Weightless Senko when the sun is low. Squarebiills off the rocks when they move out a little. Medium crankbaits and lipless crankbaits when they move out a little deeper- about 8 feet. If there are shad they will be around. I’ve also heard folks catch fish around the tires at 121 marina.

Everything TR176 said, Just have to put some time on the water, When spring gets here I tie on a squarebill and go. You will find spots that are good and bad after time you just run and gun to them. Start in the back of creek channels.
