Water is 46-48 degrees. The bite has been tough, I have had better bites fishing slow but a few dinks on reaction bites. Lake is right above pool, lightly stained to muddy in the in northern creek arms, pretty clear on the south side. All of the boat ramps are currently open.

46-48 degrees? It’s come down quite a bit then. My last time out there I was seeing 52-55, mind you that was 10 days ago.

I fished on Monday in Indian and found 48 in the mud. I would imagine it warmed up a little bit with the sun coming out

Pick your days right and there are tanks up shallow feeding. Snuck out Thursday afternoon and this 9lb beauty showed herself. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2019/01/full-45853-243382-bigbass.png)

I can always float around the marina and catch plenty or make a run up to Walnut Creek if the water color isn’t too bad.
