 2013 Ranger Z520C Livewell Issue

My console touchpad livewell button would no longer turn on the livewell pumps. The touchpad on the bow would turn them on. I replaced the console touchpad now neither the console nor the bow pads will turn the livewells on. All the other buttons on both pads function properly. Any advice on whats going on? Thanks

Might call Diamond Sports out at Lake Fork and ask them for help via phone. They may have seen that before.
QUESTION - how much did the touchpad cost and where did you get it?
