After going to Missouri for the Champion owners tournament we had to fish deep. We caught quite a few fish there, so that gave me the push to fish deeper here.

The crappie fishermen for the most part stay away from this lake and fish next door on the old lake. I have targeted them there and watched the old timers pull a few up. Not great quantity and small in size. I'd imagine there are better lakes around then these for crappie.
