It was hard narrowing it down, but here are a few new patterns available this year: ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2019/01/full-10937-241900-20190102_214906.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2019/01/full-10937-241901-20190102_162903.jpg) Happy New Year everyone! Great looking jigs. Mine don't look that good but I do manage to catch a few fish on them.

Great looking jigs. Mine don't look that good but I do manage to catch a few fish on them. The looks are more for fisherman than they are for fish, and I'm the first to admit that. The catching part is most important!! Thank you everyone for the kind words. Chris

Been a fan of FL Yellow a long time SlabbedSilly, one of my favorites for sure! Actually the jig that sold me was a little 1/32 Oz Roadrunner way back in the 1970's. Think they still make that one now, it's Flame Red head/Kelly Green body/FL Yellow tail! That was my start to jig fishing for and long lining for crappie. I also had maybe the best spot ever seen for crappie and the year I really started that was 1979 I believe and that spot two people fishing would average 60 to 70 per hour, lol! The few time I have check it out since I have been back here just has not been right or the same. The Hydrilla is key there and it lost it's Hydrilla, but I will still go see this year again to find out if it returned.

Skip I remember that Road Runner quite well Skip. Jimmy Houston swore by that color (called ot Christmas tree I believe). I tie a similar jig as it gets requested fairly frequently by my Oklahoma friends. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2019/01/full-10937-242375-20180715_232000.jpg)

![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2019/01/full-60080-242458-img_4636.jpg) Call mine Red Headed Danger. Has a little red crystal in the body. #2 seller for me.
