I took my son and a friend of his to Canyon Saturday (01/06) after their basketball game. I don't know if the other kids parents want me to post a pic of their kid on an open forum so I blanked his face out best I could. I found a good school of about this size. We were in 60ft, fish were at 20ft. We were at a junction of where a creek channel met up with the river channel. Water temp was 59 for us. Everything we caught went back in to live another day. A guy at the boat ramp in a bass boat said he caught a couple whites trolling. Good job. Finding a school sure is a lot of fun. Especially for youngsters. Thanks for sharing.

Right now, looks like I'll be able to try again on the 25th. Will not be able to hit the water until the afternoon and it will be an artificial bait day.
We'll see if weather allows for the trip.
